5:30pm. Felt good. Amazing what a difference it makes running at this time of day.

Been good at stretching the ITB all week.

Back and arms. Mostly back. Knew about it for the next 24 hours too.

Counting each hour as 10 minutes of exercise. Definitely had some good runs today - got the heart rate up!

Beautiful skiing if you pretended it was March.
