and stretching too. ITB aches, so decided running five days in a row might not be smart. Hopefully it will cope if I continue to only increase by tiny amounts each week.
Need new shoes too.

5 x 1 min hill, 1 x 5 min hill. Felt unfit. Pulse was 164 ish at top, felt much harder.
