The most I've done in ages. Watching the final of 'The Biggest Loser' ... for the first time one woman ended up smaller than me (122 lbs). Pretty inspiring and pretty incredible!

With Wendy. Very tired before, but I did gradually warm up.
Discussed all sorts of problems in the world: food crisis, oil, water, the future, population growth ... didn't solve anything. Guess we'll have to run again next week.
