Note
Family stuff won today. I could have run late in the evening, but I didn't want to be awake until midnight. It was supposed to be 3 miles easy, so not a bad one to miss.

Afternoon, felt okay, but it wasn't fast. The hills kill me. I think I'll do a 'flat' tempo run next time, just to see what pace I can manage.

In the Fells with Wendy. It rained on us. Still, nice to be feeling able to do a longer run comfortably again. Some soreness still from hills, but not bad. ITB a little tight later in the run, but again, not too bad.
