Event: US Team Trials
 
orienteering race (sprint & warm up) 32:00 [4]
First ever time on a real sprint map. Started focused, then lost confidence later on and got a bit wobbly. Still, not bad for only the second time orienteering since last fall.

Like fartlek! Shadowing Ethan = stand still, sprint, stand still, sprint etc.

Sunday May 18

8:30pm. Not my favorite time to run - now I'll be up for ages. But I did it. Right leg got very tight half way through. I need to stretch more. I eased off on the pace and it got better. Ugh.
Guessing at the average heart rate - from my glances at it now and then.
