| 8 x 200m or to be more exact 8 x .13 miles. With .17 rest, though a lot of that is decelerating. At 5:20 pace then faster (so 40 seconds roughly). Felt pretty easy. Need to try them on the track sometime too.
But on the other hand the ITB hurt afterward and the next day. |

| 'Long' green. Lots of trail legs. Tried to run hard, especially at the end. Slow to number one though - very careful and it paid off. |
