| ITB tight from about 4-8 miles, then okay. We'll see how it does later.
Kept at around 8:25-8:18 pace for the first 12 miles, then up to 7:45 pace (gradually) for the last 4. Felt good! Also put in some hills (3-4% x 2 minutes) every now and then.
Definitely 'easier' than running on trails, so I tried to keep the pace significantly faster.
Not bad for being up half the night with a sick kid! |

| Bunion is hurting, but eased after 5 minutes or so. We'll see if it hurts more after or not.
Getting my 'weekend' runs done now, so that I don't have to do them in Vermont this weekend (and enabling Andy to do his there). I'll do my hills there ... there will be plenty from which to choose! |
