1600 - 1200 free, 150 back, 200 kick, 50 breast - but it still makes my knee hurt so I stopped. First swim for ages, going to be hurting tomorrow!

Needham Town Forest. Did better at ignoring all the unmapped trails than I did last year. Had a couple little errors - one space out on a trail, one planning to cut through but then turning back when it was very wet and very thick (should've known it would be). Good in the circles.
