Celebrated Mother's Day by running the Billygoat with my good friend Peggy. Not clean navigation in the first third - foggy glasses not helping - but then solid for the rest. So fun!

It was a bit of a test, and I am still a bit afraid of the effects of longer distances and harder efforts ... but the knee is only 'normally tender' one day later. I'll need to go easy this week, but certainly no real swelling or sharp pain.

Hauling scenery around the stage and out to the storage trailer for about 90 minutes. Finally the stage is clean. I'll call it 20 minutes. I was sweating :-)
