Not at all confident in the conditions (very hard). I realized at the end that my muscles were tired, but from tensing, not from working. Never got my heart rate up, as I was too worried about falling.

I'll get better at this sport eventually ....

Skate Skiing 1:10:00 [2]

Some skiing, some socializing. Kept meeting friends as we all skied around the Weston track on the first nice snow of the winter (for Boston). Might even start logging again - logging skiing seems more fun than logging running. Been a runner for 36 years, a skate skier for about 5 ... the novelty hasn't worn off yet.
