running intervals (track) 20:00 
4 x 400, 2 x 200, with 200 recovery. 400s were 103, 97, 94, 95. 200s were something like 45s, but I didn't quite get the watch on them. I was helping Bridget to learn how to run intervals. Of course by the 200s she was ahead of me. And will be for the rest of my life, probably! Still, kinda fun to be on the track. And very fun to have a running buddy.
Ethan did his own thing, but ran one 200, of course it was fast.
