Lumping together again. 6 races. It was like doing 1km intervals (though I did jog the third one). Not clean until the last one. It shows that I had an error to the finish ... which means my mistake was running too hard in the earlier ones (or not doing enough speedwork over the last few months).

It was a great weekend. I'm not as fast as I used to be, but that is as it should be. Bravo to all the young'uns, and thanks for pushing me!

So fun to see old friends, and to meet new people. And with baked goods, pizza and Thai food, what could be better?

Checking locations and hanging streamers for next weekend. Thankfully a beautiful afternoon and not hot. Did a bit of jogging, but mostly walking. Houghton's Pond map is strong in some areas, really dubious in others. It makes planning more challenging that it should be ... but the woods are mostly lovely!

5 different sprints. Lumping them together because I'm too lazy to separate. Not perfectly clean on any of them. Need to do this more often if I want that ... but maybe I don't care and just want to have fun :-)
