Ice Skating (Nordic blades) 1:01:00 [1]

Leke Morey. So fun! Did one lap, then picked our favorite bit and skated up and down on it a few extra times. Some bumpy stretches and spots, but still fabulous. Not pushing hard, but it definitely worked my legs.

Warm up on the flats, then the 10 km loop at Dartmouth. Hilly! My watch said 65, but Andy and Bridget had Garmins with auto stop that said less. My heart was still beating hard when I was stopping briefly!

Running hurt the knee, so I hiked. Mostly at 7%-9% incline, 4.1 mph. Wanted to go and ski, but roads are bad. Sad that the snow is all going to be washed away in a few days.

Following Bridget to vet the placement of streamers. Definitely some standing around checking in this time ... the mapping of the rock features is a bit interesting. Definitely some things mapped as boulders that I would not call a boulder ... but if you took black loosely, it was pretty easy to figure out.

Line O. Only got off it twice, and only a tiny bit. Pretty steady.

Control pick backward. Tried to run kind of hard, but also to stay clean. Only one mistake, about 20 seconds. Considering we'd hung the streamers about an hour earlier, it's a good thing I was clean!
