Don't manage the afternoon runs very often. Didn't feel as good as I had hoped, but it is Friday. Set incline at 2.5 instead of the usual 2.0. Still managed to get under 8 min pace for more than half of it. Right quad gradually tightened up in the last couple miles, but not terrible.

Watched the World Cup sprints from Canada ... looked for Alex in the crowds, but never spotted her :-)

Bummer for Diggins, looks like she would have had a great chance at a final spot if a Swede hadn't fallen on her skis. Was this a nefarious plot by the Swedes to make sure they kept out anyone who might prevent their sweep of the medals? :-) They were really impressive!

With Wendy. Some icy places, but only fell on my butt once. So nice to be outside, but still very tired from interrupted sleep, show, work, and meetings. Yikes.
