So fun. After a week off (pf), I was feeling well rested and amazingly did not fall apart at 6 or 7 km (as I had predicted). Thanks to Magnus, Jon, Bridget, Jimmy, and sometimes Ari and Ted for being a great group. We weren't completely clean, but mistakes were all of the smaller variety. And they kept me running harder than I ever would have on my own. What was particularly nice is that it traded off a lot as to who was focused and leading, with everyone leading at various points.

And big thanks to UNO for organizing!

Thanks to all who helped, who came, and who donated to the juniors.

It was a gorgeous day, and a great event. Keegan and Bridget are now fully trained to be meet organizers for the rest of their lives ;-)

25 yard way today, ugh. Felt like I spent half my time turning.
900 free, 450 back, 450 free ... though I may have done an extra 50 in there somewhere.

First swim in ages, and it felt good. Finally down to one school show, next Tuesday, to go, and my after school obligations are done for the year ... so might train more! And log more.

PF pain level 3 (hurts on and off, including sometimes when sitting still, almost always when walking).
