6 x 200m with 200m recovery (walk/jog). 46-44. Definitely feeling faster than a few weeks ago. Knee sore, PF fine until a few hours later. Cold!!

Up to 10% (not the whole time). Knee hurts a bit much for running, but needed to do something. Thought about roller skis ... but it was single digit wind chill and that didn't seem fun. Real snow coming, they say .....
