Skate Skiing 1:25:00 [3]
slept:9.0

With Andy and Marshall, and the rest of the NETT gang were on classic. Out the Ellis, up the Keeney, then down South Hall. Great snow, a little soft, but just lovely. Was rested enough to make it up the hills (slowly) without feeling like I was going to die. Still had something in my arms and legs when we got to the top, which felt so good.

Time is the actual skiing time, not including any of the rest stops!
2 PM

Skate Skiing 47:00 [3]

Boggy Brook up and back, with a few extra short backtracks for Chris who was on classic skis. Dave and Andy skated away from me. I worked on form and looked at the beautiful woods and beautiful snow.

It's snowing!
Up the Ellis to the Keeney Junction, then back the same way. Got very cold hands on the way back.

Ski Erg 30:00 [2]
(sick)

Only a bit sick - well hidden by Sudafed - until I try exercising. Then I know I'm not 100%, or even close. Just kept it really light and easy.

Cardio - other (treadmill walking) 10:00 [1]
shoes: Triumph ISO 5

Note
slept:11.0 (sick)

Was an achey mess last night, went to sleep before 8pm. It seems to have helped. With a lot of water and a bit of Sudafed, it seems like I'm going to avoid the full blown version of this thing (which has felled colleagues and students for multiple days in the past week).
