Skate Skiing 56:00 [3]

Sunset ski at Weston with Andy and Bridget. "With" being a loose term, as they are both faster. I wasn't pushing until it was getting close to lights-out ... We finished a loop, took off poles, and the lights went out. Perfect timing. Snow guns were blasting the whole time, so it was noisy, but the conditions were pretty good.

Felt really lousy. No clue why, got plenty of sleep. Thought I was going to feel good! But had no energy at all.

Picture perfect day at Jackson. Lots of V2 around the fields. So much easier to have good form when the conditions are pretty much perfect. Round and round the fields, 1xJohn/Henry/Wave, 1xHenry/Wave, and a lot of standing in the sun (not included in the training time). Then 10 minutes in the hot tub before we had to vacate the house ... Will see if it helps me to be less sore.

Have now booked a Craftsbury weekend 3 weeks from now. Doesn't seem like we'll ever get good snow 'down south' in Boston.
