It was really significantly longer, but I'm prorating it. Not aerobic, but I did feel my legs working. Also didn't transfer insoles to my snow boots (dumb dumb dumb), so not sure how it will impact the PF ....

Gorgeous. Snowing, trees, family ... a nice dose of winter.

Warming up, gradually speeding up. Average 9:05, but faster by the end.

Max pace 7:40. Still want this to get faster. It was definitely tempo pace, just on the edge of aerobic capacity, but never over the edge.

Skate Skiing 56:00 [3]

Sunset ski at Weston with Andy and Bridget. "With" being a loose term, as they are both faster. I wasn't pushing until it was getting close to lights-out ... We finished a loop, took off poles, and the lights went out. Perfect timing. Snow guns were blasting the whole time, so it was noisy, but the conditions were pretty good.
