It was something like an hour, but I'm pro-rating. Gorgeous day, bike path too crazy for a beginning roller-skier. Knee and PF to annoyed for another run.
With Wendy and Bridget. Tried to give each other space, with reasonable success. Noticed that although the woods were crazy-busy, people were actually trying to keep some distance, and there seemed to be fewer large groups and more small ones.
Such a slothful day. Wanted to run, but PF and knee are too annoyed to do lots of consecutive days. I know this, but sometimes still don't want to accept it. But I did, so, on the bike.
Blue Hills. Forgot to put contacts in, and didn't bring orienteering bifocals ... so ran this with my Walgreens reading glasses that live in my car. It was not the same. Rhythm disrupted and constantly worried about the glasses falling off my head. But it was a beautiful day, and thanks to Keegan for getting me to run up a bunch of hills!
PF and knee both quite annoyed. And chance of getting an appointment with a doctor to do something about it is now zero.
With Bridget, a bit of trotting around the track before/during/after her time trial. Not feeling sprightly, and the pf and knee were both annoyed, so I didn't try to get in any particular amount of time. Recovery day, we'll call it.
Went within 6 feet of many, many people ... but only for about 1 second each. Bike path was very crowded - increasing the fear! Then again, the look of minor terror on my face probably helped to keep people 6 feet away, as they were afraid that I was about to fall on them!

Steady and recovery.
Ski Erg intervals 15:00 [4]
Roughly 5 x 500m harder. But it was a little uneven, as I was watching the biathlon ... at least there is one sport to watch, though not sure for how much longer.
