Pilates/Yoga 30:00 [2]
Mostly core, but with some full body mixed in. Pilates is sneaky - didn't feel like I was working very hard, but was pretty sore afterward.
Cycling 5:00 [4]
5 warm up, 10 minutes of 30 second sprint/30 second recovery, 5 cool down. I like the simplicity of this workout, and that it actually does get my heart going.
Ski Erg 5:00 [5]
5 warm up, 5x 1min sprint/1min recovery, 5 cool down. It even got me breathing hard, which I haven't often done with the SkiErg before.
