Kinda PT at the same time, as my wrist doesn't want to be in the normal cycling position. So kept changing my grip, and trying to stretch it out. Will need to rebuild the strength in the arm also, once the wrist is fully healed.

2 x (5 x 200 )with roughly equal recovery. Extra recovery between sets. Took a while to figure out how to move my legs quickly. Definitely legs holding me back more than heart/lungs at this point.
