Really casual walking. Not supposed to get my heart rate up. Barely feels like I'm doing anything, but it is better than sitting on the sofa.

Strength 25:00 [1]

Need to stay upright, so nothing prone today. Legs and arms. Bodyweight, band, and 2 lb weights for the arms. Wrist is not back to strength yet, but range of motion is improving, as is strength. Time to start building up.

Note

Had a boney lump removed from my face on Tuesday. It's been there for about 7 years, but continued to grow, so it was time to deal with it. Can't exercise for 2 weeks. Right now that's fine, because I just feel like sleeping. But before 2 weeks is over I think it is going to drive me completely bonkers.
