Cottage Cheese Ass

First "real" trail run since surgery! I could feel my left hip a little but not too bad. I wonder if it will prevent me from going longer?

Today was damp but not cold and so beautiful. I love Tiger single track.

Madrona loop

My actual max HR was 146. This loop is starting to feel good and my pace is definitely faster than a few weeks ago.

I could barely feel my left hip today, surprisingly it was while climbing where it usually never bothers me. But I felt fine after the run.
