One minute on, one minute off intervals around a loop I think is about 1km. 6:15 is kinda dark these days...

6km time trial, target of 4 minute/kays. Redwood Park loop with nice long run up Grenfell Road in the last third.

A couple of exercises up at 3 Chain Break. A shortish hard followed by a 2 km contour only course to get my head around orienteering for another year. Took it pretty gently but ended with 7 min/kays :D
