Great leg stretch after yesterday. A bit hard uphill action from the compound to the top of g. butte and back. Realized I didn't drink or eat enough the day before, as i just totally ran out of juice, but got through it.

Good stretch run after yesterdays hills - felt ok getting up to green shed, suprisingly enough, then started hike / run session and freezing - turned and headed lower. Got in just enough to get 40 in 2 days, work on more next weekend for sure.
