had to get in the 3 extra mile on the bike trainer to be sure I'm still tapering up for the big weekend! Did some chest pounding with the skinny guy at our local redmond training gym.

compound to burma to saddle, back to burma down back around park out northpoint home. Not crazy bad, but felt it after the pounding downhill.
