A run!
Short tester to see if I will be ok to do something at the weekend. Reasonable effort and quicker than I normally am from home - and felt hard as went out almost straight from the train and hadn't prepped/salted/drunk beforehand (other than eating a banana). Went quite well with just one cough - so better than I have been for some time.
Looks good for restarting at the weekend, but still likely to tone it down a bit on what I had originally intended. TBC.

Also ends the running drought that started the day I joined a new running club... Welsh Athletics seem happy that the paperwork is ok this time but don't appear to have finalised it yet.
