Definitely tired today - had another night where I barely slept despite going to bed at 9ish. And still feeling last week's miles. To be honest wasn't going particularly hard for much of the first three as was holding conversation with Cory.
As has been the case for a while, a big step up in pace when going clockwise (last 2).
