Easy run from home as legs feeling a bit worn out after yesterday (they were ok until spending the day sat at a desk).
Back to the 7k loop but taking a few shortcuts to take out some flat - so apart from my road was going up/down the whole time.
Cooler but humid so sweaty.
https://www.strava.com/activities/2602287578Both Garmin and Strava's elevation profiles around here aren't *quite* right - only ever a few m out but does add up to about 20m total elevation for each run. Doesn't help my elevation stats for cases where I don't know what to correct it to - even without the mis-recording still think I'd be missing the 64,000m target for this year.
