First track session in quite a while - so winter training has finally started.
3x 3 mins out at 10k pace, 30s rest, return at 5k pace, rest 3 mins. Never intended on going at those paces but after the initial out seemed quite consistent.
Paces out (a/c): 3:36/k, 3:45/k, 3:48/k
Return (cw): 3.20/k, 3:19/k, 3:16/k.
Glad to be out doing intervals again. Good to speak with people too and find out more about what happened at the weekend.
