Thought today would be a good time to run for longer than an hour - first time I think since Goldcliff at the start of December (ignoring the snow day as that didn't feel like running).
Pace a fair bit slower than usual, unsure what the right pace is for "long" runs now - but there was also a reasonable amount of climb.
Stomach cramping on descents from 5k onwards but managed to get around, which is good.
