Not running b/c of 16 hour workday. Sore. Don't want to run until sleep schedule's back to normal. Breaking out the Benadryl - this is bullshit.

Ran the Contour Trail - felt REALLY great. The front (steep) side was faster than the backside (all downhill) b/c of the snow. Got some pretty awful blisters/cuts but it was a good run, nonetheless.

Took day off for mental health - insomnia is starting to wear. 4.5 hour hike in Flatirons; windy and cold followed by 8x1 minute hill repeats. I tried to wear myself out so I could sleep, but unsuccessful.
