ez run from skull hollow up to grey butte base and back w/ sierra. hamstring is a bit tender from yesterday but feel pretty good other wise.

70 minute run w/ 5 X 1mi intervals mixed in, 2 minutes ez in between. Really gusty swirling winds wreaking havoc on my pacing. A bit of hail too for good measure. Felt good so i went at the intervals pretty damn hard.

TM work out 5 min wu, 1 hour @ 7:42 pace with a 1 minute interval at 6% grade every .5 miles, 5 min cool down. felt pretty easy probably should have gone 7:20-7:30 pace
