warm up in the park with the licker dog.

10k tempo on the road. A bit windy but not to bad. shin feels reasonable

half hour on the spinning bike and back and bicep workout with TC.

Northern point-rope de dope-pumpkin patch with the hound. Feeling the twinges of a shin splint, not sure why. Only bumped from a 7 day high of 35 miles to 65.
