Hagg Lake. Good first 30k then horrible meltdown and slip and slide. Might not be back for the Hagg.

quick flush on the rat wheel. trying to get rid of some of the demons from the 10k tempo. ran whole time at 8:00 pace, did 2 progressions up to 8% grade @ 1min each percent.
