Oak Mountain Blue Course World Ranking Event

My first blue course is the World Ranking Event!!!

I was very nervous, and started out by over running point number 1!!! Ended up finding point number 2 and having to turn around, go back to point 1, then go back to punch 2!! Total time wasted: 4min!

#9: BIG mistake here! I took a decent route to get there, but over ran in, then go confused, and was having trouble re-oriententing! Big loss of time, probably 10min!!

I could have made up atleast 14 min by not making my STUPID mistakes! My knee felt pretty decent for this day (the only day it would this weekend!)

Jogged the Model event with dad. We took it easy and went different routes, and just kinda "explored" the woods there.

Tkd Did lots of leg work, lots of cardio, and ground fighting. Did lots of ab work...and I feel it today!

Ran my loop down the road. Sprinted up the hills (three of them) Taped knee really well, felt pretty good, minimal pain. I plan on starting to push it alittle more soon!
