did a nice 1 km swim. should of gone for longer but i got kicked out by these old ladies wanting to do aquatheropy. now i am feeling sick. got horibble hayfever. no night riding tonight :(

yet another resting day.. was supposed to go night riding tonight but everything is to washed out. everything is just washed out, its crap. should be swimming tomorrow and friday maybe will have to see how dirty the pool is.
