got to the gym 15min before spin class and didn't get a spot. it was probably a good thing. tried to run on the treadmill but couldn't even keep a 10min/mile pace. right calf was destroyed from yesterday's sloppy run. walked for 15min to loosen the legs.
stretched and then worked on core and upper body strength.
