felt a hint of shin splints on left leg after interval run yesterday so i was going to give it a rest today but G went for a jog in the backbay and i couldn't resist. decided to do a super ez run with lots of stretches before and after. enjoyed this run tremendously, breathed cool air, looked at the water, and watched people passing me one after another!
note: HR was all over the place and high again during the 1st mile (150-160!!). it settled down quite a bit and became more steady mile 2 and 3 (< 140).
