it has been a bit crazy on the home front for the past couple of months, which included 2 snowboarding trips outside of state, a trip to the east coast, and hosting a huge family reunion. things have finally calmed down now and back to "normal". i intend to start logging workouts on a more regular and consistent basis. let's see how long this will last :o) here goes nothing...

shoes: asics gel-kayano 19
for the next couple of weeks, my goal is to build a base for running again, slow and steady, comfortable, and lengthening up to 6 or 7 miles, keeping under 20miles per week.
i'm starting to dislike the asics gel-kayamo. the sole offers a lot of support but is too thick and does not bend with the arch of my feet. need to go back to minimalist shoes.
