busy day celebrating, finally made it out to el moro for a ride before sunset. G 's chain broke twice! wished we had more time on the trails...

squeezed in a run before lunch. HR was still high but body felt better since the last run. HR shot up to 180 during warm up of the first mile.

after work, hubby said "let's go run", and i thought "why not?". logged in 2nd run of the day, barefoot on the beach, in the sand, just before sunset, loved the fresh air. still felt low in energy. sunsets make me happy.
