overall, very good run, felt like i had more in the tank at the end. will try to run longer or faster next week.

tempo: warm up for 10min, then kicked it up to 7mph for 30min, last 5min @ 7.1 - 7.5mph.

legs started out ok, not so great, but after warm up, they felt better. breathing was very good.
