had to run on off camber soft sand because of high tide. the calves are going to feel this.

when we got back to G's truck after the run, someone had jimmied the lock and broke in. they stole G's CC, some cash and my iphone! thank god for "find my iphone" app and the fact that my iphone literally could not be turned off, we were able to locate it. the fools must have panicked after they realized they could not turn off the darn thing and threw it into a big bush off of beach blvd.
