Getting warmer than yesterday, but I should be able to deal with it. Opt for a t-shirt, versus a long sleeved O-top

Some good sections, some bad sections. Lack of fitness is largest time loss factor.

Couldn't stand the thought of running on the treadmill at the hotel, so went out on the roads even though it was getting dark.

Felt OK -not quite the zip of a few days ago.

Early evening run in the rain.

Felt super and invigorated. Pushed much harder than I had planned to, but it felt great. I am concerned about the lack of training with the long champs coming up next weekend, but I think I'll do OK physically, if I can get warmed up and stay consistent.

30 minutes near Round Pond.
Top of Belknap via Boulder trail - 60 minutes
Down via WHIte trail towards Gunstock then Brook trail down hill

Working out some frustrations from the day at the hotel treadmill.

A boxing set up and a speed bag would have been nice also.

After a long day, it's sometimes quite difficult to gather the energy to change and go for a run, but I always feel much better afterwards - need to remember that.

Belknap Mtn carriage road parking lot - Blue Trail to top of Gunstock, back over to Belknap, down Piper Mtn side.

Intermittent sun, ocassional and light sleet, rain, snow, very windy up on the fire tower. Could see the bands of precipitation moving around.

Warm-up prior to short course and sprint relay.

Pretty cold, some drizzle, wore lots of layers.

Pretty good results for a run with some questionable sections.
Had to keep reminding myself that the scale was 1:7500

A full day of construction - filled in where windows used to be, insulated and drywalled. Slinging 12' sheets of drywall around is tough on the back.
Worked on window trim - still a ways to go

Up Gilford ave, Ridgewood, Morrill, Woodland ave - not a lot of energy
