| Back and forth on the lanes at Gunstock. Maybe 1-2" of powder over hardpack glaze, but it held up pretty well.
Wind was picking up, temps in the mid teens. A bit nippy att he ends of the lanses, where the wind seemed to be concentrating its efforts. Saw a fox (red, not swamp) wandering back and forth looking for lunch - he looked at me, but didn't get spooked until I started skiing in his direction.

| What one weather forecast had promised would be 5-10" of nice snow turned out to be 1.5" of a little bit of snow mixed in with sleet, freezing rain, and other forms of unpleasant and utterly worthless frozen precipitation.
So, rather than having to trudge out to the back shed, where the snow blower is still waiting for winter to be transferred up to the garage, I grabbed a shovel and pounded, scraped and otherwise broke up the junk on the driveway and moved it over to the edge. If it stays cold and we get some real snow, this would at least provide a good base.
