So-so run at College Woods - started off OK, then my brain wasn't keeping up with my legs - yes, a rare occasion given the slowness of the legs these days.
No over-the-top blowouts, just small bobbles that took some time to recover from. Then my legs started slowing down, brain catching up for past, then wandering off on its own.
