Red Course at Townsend - nice course - well set.
From my heart rate, I wasn't pushing too fast. From my track, I wasn't thinking too much or too clearly.
Once again, some minor bobbles and major brain cramps - would help to get back to some of the basics, such as using a rough compass bearing, and pace counting, etc.

Had planned on running Red, but ended up with a Blue map, which I discovered at the first control, so I did Blue.
Some minor bobble, some major brain cramps, but finished without a broken body, so it's all good.

Went out and added in a couple of Martina's trails that weren't on the event map, and filled in a bit more on the east side.

Wanted to put the map away for a while, but in good shape - now back to Gunstock and getting that map wrapped.
