A wonderful day in the woods. Started off damp, then moist, then wet, to really wet. I'd forgotten the joy of getting to push though small pines where every needle and branch was holding its max amount of water, just waiting to be released onto a passing human.
Finished completely soaked after a nice wander though the woods - a modest amount of "running" but more walking - at a brisk pace.

Rowe Ridge from the N end. Lots of steep stuff, plenty of thick vegetation, with some really nice spots here and there.

Was wearing boots with no traction devices - went down once on a section of hard pack snow/ice/wetness. Did not land on my tablet or use my mouse hand to catch myself - used my butt and right elbow.

Up along Gunsmoke, then over to the Upper Recoil glades to the summit.
Saw 2 sets of bear tracks crossing the trails - went towards where they came from, not where they were going.
Came down Upper Ramrod, nice slope, other than once you're at the bottom of it, you have to climb a bit to get over to Trigger to continue your journey to the base.
Stiff, cool breeze, but still managed to work up a sweat on the way up. Added a layer for the walk down. Feet were wet at the end - wet corn snow and stepped into a few mud pits. Some patches of snow still hip deep.
