Tonight was supposed to be a big night.... the first run this year with company................. but no bugger turned up except Martn, who was supposed to be leading the group, but injured his back yesterday, so wasn't running!
Still, a lovely loop in the woods on a wonderful warm evening, seeing virtually nobody, but saw 2 Muntjac and 3 Roe Deer.
Felt heavy legged, but pace not actually too bad, with the hills.... the dry trails probably help though.
